**** 2-Cycle Carb Parts ****

| Although it varies from one manufacturer to another, identification numbers for 2-cycle
carburetors are most often stamped directly into the body of the carb. |

| Figure A above shows the general location
for a typical Walbro carburetor and the number will be something along the lines of WT-160B. The manufacturer uses
a number of different letter combinations. (HDC,HU,WYP etc.) |

Figure B above shows the location for
the series number (C1U in this
case) on a typical Zama carburetor. The remainder of the identification number will be stamped elsewhere on the
body as shown in Figure C.
Like the Walbro version, the number will be something along the lines of C1U-K26, but may vary considerably. (C1S-M8,
RB-22, etc.) |

| Also, it's not uncommon for a single repair kit to include extra parts to cover several
models, so you'll need to visually match the various pieces needed for your particular carb. |
